4. If the images are shot and deleted repeatedly for a long time, the files in the recording medium will be fragmented, and the images may not be recorded and saved correctly. After saving the image, execute [Format].

5. The image database file is corrupted. Check the image database files in the order of menu [Settings]-[Media Settings]-[Repair image database files]-recording media. If it still appears, please delete the marked image.

6. Memory is not recognized. Format and use again.

7. The hard disk is not recognized. Format and use again.

8. The image database file is corrupted. Create a new file? The image database file is corrupted. Select [Yes] to create a new database file. Images shot in the local recording media in the past will not be played on this machine (the image file is not damaged). After creating a new file and executing [Repair Image Database File], you may be able to play the images taken in the past. If it still cannot be played, please use the built-in software "PlayMemories Home" to copy the image software to your computer. Then format it and use it again.

9. number nine. The HD animation management information is corrupted. Do you want to create new information? The image database file is corrupted. Select [Yes] to create a new database file. Images shot in the local recording media in the past will not be played on this machine (the image file is not damaged). After creating a new file and executing [Repair Image Database File], you may be able to play the images taken in the past. If it still cannot be played, please use the built-in software "PlayMemories Home" to copy the image software to your computer. Then format it and use it again.

10. The image database file is corrupted, so you can't take animation or photos. Select repair.

Animation management information of 1 1 (HD) is damaged, and the database file is inconsistent. Select and back up high definition quality (HD) animation, and repair the image database file. This machine can't recognize the backup animation. After the repair, connect this machine with the computer with the built-in software "PlayMemoriesHome", and you can import the backed-up high-definition (HD) animation into the computer. However, there is no guarantee that all animations can be imported.

Reason:

1. Remove the battery pack or disconnect the power adapter before the access indicator goes out. This may damage the image data.

2. It may have fallen, and the function of the drop sensor does not guarantee to protect the internal hard disk under all possible circumstances.
