China Institute of Environmental Management (EMCC) is a full-time institution of higher learning approved by the State Environmental Protection Administration 198 1 and put on record by the Ministry of Education. Sino-Dutch water treatment demonstration research and training center is a cooperative project between China and the Dutch government. It is a national key laboratory and a full simulation laboratory of water treatment technology built by the Dutch government. The Foxconn Water Environment Treatment Laboratory invested by Taiwan Province Foxconn Group, one of the world's top 500 multinational groups, is also under steady construction.
