The complaint method is as follows:

Step 1: After receiving the complaint, you can view the complained goods and the pictures of the other party's complaint through the following channels:

Step 2: Check whether the picture is used according to the "complaint picture".

Please note: At present, complaints about stealing drawings are divided into complaints about original drawings and complaints about protecting real drawings.

The original photo complaint was submitted by the complainant himself. If there is no misappropriation, please submit the certification materials in time during the certification period, and the second one will check after the audit.

The complaint of real shot protection was initiated through the report of stolen pictures. Once the drawings are used, they will be detected and recorded by the system and a complaint task will be generated. If you don't use the complaint map, you can submit your own original photo to prove it.

If you have used the complaint map, please submit the materials according to the image source, including but not limited to the following:

1. The picture was taken by yourself, and you can provide the original picture (original camera film), transaction contract, shooting tidbits and other evidence, and you can show it.

2. The pictures are from manufacturers or suppliers, and pictures given by manufacturers or suppliers or certification materials for authorized use can be provided.

3. The complainant uses a map of official website or a picture downloaded from the Internet, and can provide the address of official website or the website address of the picture.
