Introduction to Photography Tutorial Sharing _ Mastering the Three Elements of Exposure

Share eight photography lessons and master three elements of exposure.

How to expose correctly

1. The larger the aperture, the more light enters, the brighter the picture, and the smaller the depth of field; The smaller the aperture, the less light enters, the darker the picture and the greater the depth of field.

2. The faster the shutter speed, the shorter the exposure time, the darker the picture and the clearer the image; The slower the shutter speed, the shorter the exposure time, the brighter the front picture and the more blurred the image.

3.3 The smaller it is. ISO, the weaker the sensitivity to light, the darker the picture and the better the picture quality; The larger the IsO, the stronger the sensitivity to light, the brighter the picture and the worse the picture quality.

hole

Aperture is a device used to control the amount of light entering the photosensitive surface of the fuselage through the lens. Usually in the camera.

Function:

1. It can adjust the amount of light entering the lens. For example, a kitten's pupil always shrinks into a line during the day, and automatically Zhang Kaicheng a round hole at night. So in the same way, when taking pictures, the aperture should be narrowed when the light is strong, and the aperture should be opened when the light is dark. That is to say, the smaller the F value (other parameters remain unchanged), the more favorable it is for shooting at night. The adjusting ring on the rotating lens or the knob on the digital camera body is used to adjust the aperture size.

2. Aperture is the most important factor to determine the depth of field. Small aperture (large aperture value), depth of field, large aperture (small aperture value), depth of field! For example, nearsighted friends, if they don't wear glasses, always habitually squint at things, so they can often see things clearly. Applying photographic terminology, this is called: narrowing the aperture (pupil) and increasing the depth of field.

shutter

Shutter is the mechanism used by camera to control the effective exposure time of photosensitive film. Generally speaking, the larger the shutter time range, the better. Low seconds is suitable for shooting moving objects and can easily capture fast moving targets. However, when shooting traffic at night, the shutter time will be lengthened, and the silky water flow effect in ordinary photos can only be photographed with a slow shutter.

1. shutter When the shutter button is pressed, the shutter is opened and closed until the shutter button is released. This shutter is called B shutter.

2.T shutter has the same function as B shutter, but the shutter will be closed only when the shutter button is pressed for the second time. It is common in traditional mechanical monocular cameras, and most cameras do not have such equipment.

3.x shutter usually refers to the shutter speed at which the flash is turned on synchronously.

speed

In the film age, ISO sensitivity is an international unified index to measure the film sensitivity standard used by traditional cameras. Sensitivity is determined by the purchased film, and the value is fixed, which is an attribute of the film itself. When buying film, the packaging will be marked with ISO 100, ISO200, IsO400 and so on.

The sensitivity is a multiple relationship, such as ISO 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600 ... The sensitivity difference between adjacent ISOs is double, and the greater the number, the higher the sensitivity. Low sensitivity is below ISO800, medium sensitivity is between ISO 800 and ISO6400, and high sensitivity is above ISO 6400.

Influence of sensitivity

1. Improving ISO can improve the exposure of the picture.

2. High sensitivity will bring noise problems.

Panoramic photography sensitivity setting

Generally speaking, we suggest using low sensitivity outdoors or in the case of sufficient light to ensure higher image quality and detail performance. We can control ISO within 100-200. Indoor, ISO can be improved accordingly, such as 200-400.

How to match the three elements of exposure

1. shutter speed: in video shooting, if the shutter speed is set too high, the motion in the video (including the motion in the picture and the motion in the picture) will become unsmooth, so the shutter speed is generally set to double the frame rate. For example, if your frame rate is set to 24 or 25, the shutter speed should be set to 50. If the frame rate is 30, the shutter is set to 60.

2. Aperture: Aperture determines the depth of field and the amount of light entering the lens. It is very effective to blur the background with a large aperture, and a small aperture can obtain a larger depth of field. In addition, the larger the aperture, the more light the lens enters, and vice versa.

3.ISO:ISO is the sensitivity. When shooting in underexposed places, properly improving ISO can make the picture get better exposure effect. However, it should be noted that the higher the ISO we set, the more noise will be generated in the photos, and the better the image quality will be. Generally, in sunny outdoor conditions, we will adjust IsO to 100 or 200; in cloudy conditions, we will set ISO to 400 or 800; Darkroc and night shooting are mainly at 1600 or 3200; You can try driving to 12800 when there is no light source at all.
