Where is the Horqin grassland?

Horqin Grassland-Location Horqin Grassland is one of the four major grasslands in China, located in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia, the southern slope of Daxing 'anling and the western end of Songliao Plain. From June 5438 to October 2002 10, Horqin Grassland Scenic Area was named "China Photography Creation Base" by China Photographers Association, ranking first in Northeast China and North China.

Horqin grassland is located in the east of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. She is adjacent to the Daxing 'anling Mountains in Songtao and connected with the endless Songliao Plain. The long history and civilization here are like bright stars, and the rich specialty resources are envied by the world. The unique natural scenery and rich ethnic customs make this magical land extremely magnificent, mysterious and colorful. Horqin grassland is also called Horqin sandy land. Named after ancient Mongolian tribes. It is located at 42 5' ~ 43 5' north latitude and117 30' ~123 30' east longitude. It is 250 ~ 650 meters above sea level and located in the triangle between the west bank of Xilamulun River and Laoha River. It is high in the west and low in the east, stretching for more than 400 kilometers and covering an area of about 42,300 square kilometers. It is under the jurisdiction of Wengniute Banner, Naiman Banner, Aohan Banner and Zhelimu League Kailu, Tongliao, Horqin Left-wing Houqi and Kulun Banner in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
