Liang Jingfang (1936 ~) took the pen name Lu Ping, whose name was Lu Han. Male, born in November 1936, Han nationality, Pingdu, Shandong Province. Graduated from Xi 'an Calligraphy Correspondence College in 1992. Member of Chinese Calligraphers Association, member of Jilin Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of Calligraphy Association of Songjianghe Forestry Bureau of Jilin Province, director of China Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association, member of China-Japan Friendship Culture Promotion Association, and executive director of China Modern Calligraphy and Painting Photographers Association.

His works have been exhibited in exhibitions at all levels in China for many times and won awards. He once won the Excellence Award of Jilin Book Fair and the first prize of baishan city and Jilin Forestry System. Calligraphy works have also won the first, second and third prizes in international and national calligraphy exhibitions for many times.
