Is it better to use 1785 lens or 18 135 lens for Canon 60d?

Shooting usually requires a lens with a longer focal length. On your 60D camera, the actual focal length of the 17-85 lens is 28-136mm; 18- 135 lens is 29-2 16 mm, which is almost equivalent to the length of a full-length camera with 200mm lens. Obviously, 18- 135 lens is more suitable.

Judging from the history of these two lenses, 17-85 is an old lens that has been discontinued, and the imaging quality is average. Now it has been changed to 15-85. At present, the lens of 18- 135 has evolved to STM motor version. Compared with the old version of 18- 135, the image quality has been greatly improved, and the IS anti-shake effect IS also four (17-85 is three IS). There is no reason not to choose the new 18- 135 STM lens when the price is similar.

As for 18-200 lens, I suggest you don't consider it. I've tried it myself. It's big, slow in focusing, and the imaging effect is "hazy" ... It's a half-size lens, but it's not cheap enough for you to buy a full-size Canon 70-300IS!

If you shoot table tennis or basketball, the 18- 135 lens is basically enough. If you shoot football or racing cars, at least one 70-300 IS lens is enough.
