The main organization of Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles

Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles has 5 functional departments (offices) including office, personnel and security department, organization and liaison department, career development department and agency party committee, as well as research department, agency service center, veteran cadre activity station, Literary Center Management Office, three magazines "Beijing Literature", "Beijing Chronicle", "Oriental Youth", Lao She Foundation and other 8 public institutions. Beijing Writers Association, Beijing Dramatists Association, Beijing Artists Association, Beijing Calligraphers Association, Beijing Photographers Association, Beijing Folk Literature and Artists Association, Beijing Musicians Association, Beijing Dancers Association, Beijing Folk Artists Association, Beijing Acrobats Association, Twelve literary and artistic associations, including the Beijing Television Artists Association and the Beijing Filmmakers Association, and 6 industrial (bureau) literary federations, including the Dongcheng District and other 18 district and county literary and art associations, and the Beijing Railway Bureau Literary and Art Workers Association, are group members of the Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles. There are 30 social and artistic groups affiliated with the Federation of Literary and Art Circles, including the Beijing Couplet Society.
