Brief introduction of Donghu Meiyuan

East Lake Plum Garden (Wuhan East Lake Moshan Plum Garden) is the first of the four plum gardens in China. It is not only the location of China's Li Research Center, but also the location of China's Li Cultural Center. It is also a famous plum viewing resort in China, ranking first in the world. Donghu Meiyuan was founded on 1956. At present, its area has expanded to more than 800 mu, and more than 20,000 plum trees have been planted. Meiyuan is located in the southern foot of Moshan Scenic Area, Donghu Scenic Area, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. Surrounded by water on three sides, it is patchwork and self-contained. Surrounded by pines, cypresses and bamboos, it naturally becomes a landscape of "three friends and old cold" and is one of the scenic spots in China Meiyuan. Here, the mountains and rivers are beautiful and the scenery is beautiful. In early spring, plum blossoms are in full bloom, full of flowers and fragrant. Chinese and foreign tourists come to see, paint and photograph plum blossoms in an endless stream. The garden scenery of East Lake Meiyuan can be described as "natural carving", with a unique geographical position. In the park, you can not only enjoy the light of the East Lake with vast smoke waves and seagulls soaring, but also enjoy the Moshan Mountain towering above Chutiantai and Zhubei Pavilion.
