If you use a vivo phone, you forget how to handle the lock screen password:

Case 1: Forget the screen lock password, but you can unlock the phone with your fingerprint or face.

1. Enter the screen lock password five times in a row in the password input interface (if a pattern password is set, it takes at least four points to enter the wrong password five times, and the password entered each time is different).

2. After "Mobile phone is locked" pops up, you can click "Forgot password" on the screen and enter the password to modify the lock screen.

Note: Some models using FBE encryption technology do not have the "Forgot Password" option, so it is not supported to use confidential security questions for verification and unlocking. Need to contact the customer service center staff to unlock.

Note: If you forget the password security of the screen lock, you can take your ID card and purchase invoice to the customer service center to unlock it. Remarks: If you can't retrieve the screen lock password through secret security, you can send a command to clear the data by looking for the mobile phone (all mobile phone data will be deleted). If the function of finding mobile phone is not turned on, it is recommended to go to the customer service center to handle it.
