The base covers an area of 800 mu, with a construction area of 6.5438+0.5 million square meters and an investment of nearly 2 billion yuan. Is a large-scale film production factory focusing on pre-production and post-production of film and television, with all-round and high-quality service functions such as film shooting, recording, digital processing, film printing, animation, games, advertising production, equipment rental and CD-ROM production. The production process of the base is fully digital and networked, and the equipment configuration has reached the international advanced level. After production, it can meet the production needs of 80 feature films, 200 TV movies and 500 TV series. The base is divided into twelve areas. These include a large studio area with a total construction area of over 40,000 square meters, a large equipment and costume prop library with a total construction area of over 16000 square meters, a landscape workshop with a total construction area of over 10000 square meters, a super-large digital production shed area and a CD production workshop with an area of over 15000 square meters. In addition, the base also has the China Film Animation Industry Experimental Zone, several large-scale location shooting locations and a large-scale living facilities complex.

The digital production shed located on the west side of the main building in Area A and Area B is equipped with the most advanced digital production equipment in the world. The whole digital production system is equipped with 52 sound editing rooms, 10 special effects editing rooms, 6 color mixing studios, a dozen animation studios and three-dimensional synthesis studios, as well as a number of 100 square meters mixing studios, dynamic effect studios and dialogue studios, including a 4 10 square meter super-large music recording studio. There are world-class mixing, dubbing, recording, editing and visual conversion equipment, which can provide high-quality and efficient "one-stop" services for domestic and foreign customers in sound production, picture editing, special effects production and digital intermediate film production. There are 16 fully-functional cinemas in the C, D and E film cities in the southwest of the base, including a super-large cinema with an area of 5,000 square meters, which can meet the needs of super-large scenes and special scenes. In addition, it also includes a 3000-square-meter large studio and two multi-functional studios, which can give consideration to both TV performance and broadcasting functions. All studios are designed and built according to international advanced film shooting standards, and are the most ideal film shooting bases.

Area F is the equipment and costume props library, which is subdivided into photography, lighting equipment library, costume props library and other areas according to different functions. Among them, the clothing area has different styles and rich and precious clothes of different times and nationalities; The equipment warehouse is equipped with the latest ARRIcom low-noise series, 435X and 235 cameras produced by Arricom of Germany, as well as mobile cars, lifting rocker arms, telescopic rocker arms and shock absorbers produced by PANTHER of Germany and SERVICEVISIONSYSTEM of Spain. The configuration of these advanced products in the international industry makes it a world-class movie equipment rental place. Zone G and Zone H are large-scale set workshops supporting the pre-production of films.

The China Film Animation Industry Experimental Zone in the base has a relatively independent technical service platform for animation companies, which has reached the world-class level in professional technical fields such as 2D, 3D, synthesis and video. The large-scale optical disc production workshop in the base can produce various post-production products in the form of optical discs, including Blu-ray and DVD.

In addition, the base will also provide a series of post-processing services such as high-quality film cleaning and printing, rubber-to-magnetic, and conventional editing.
