1. Exhibitors shall arrange exhibitions at the designated time and place, and strictly abide by the unified command and relevant regulations of the Organizing Committee. 2. The general assembly is responsible for the unified planning, overall design and layout of the public areas in the exhibition hall. If you need to advertise outside the booth or outdoors, please contact the marketing department of the convention and exhibition center in advance.

3. A standard booth (3m× 3m), three boards, a lintel, a power socket (220v, 50hz), a negotiation table and two chairs. The height of the exhibition board of each booth is generally 2.5m If the booth with special needs has a special design, it can only be manufactured and constructed after being examined and approved by the organizing committee of the conference.

Four. Exhibitors with specially decorated booths should keep their columns, floors, ceilings and walls intact, and all exhibits must be coated with fire retardant paint.

Five, the exhibition of each booth must be carried out in the booth area of this booth, and the advertisements published by the special booth shall not exceed the standard boundary of the booth, the height shall not exceed 3 meters, and the width shall not exceed 2 meters, and shall not affect the display of other exhibitors' exhibits. All booths shall not occupy public passages to post advertisements, pull banners, place tables and chairs, display exhibits and distribute publicity materials.

6. The clear height of the exhibition hall is 4.8m on the first floor, 6.5m on the second floor, 7m in Hall C, 6m in Hall C, 6m in Hall BD, Hall E 10m and 4m in Hall C on the fourth floor.

Seven, it is forbidden to nail, chisel, carve, paste, paint and use glue on the exhibition boards, exhibition racks, original buildings and original facilities. If there is any damage, compensate according to the price. Eight, all the columns and light boxes in the exhibition hall can not be blocked at will, otherwise they will be charged according to the advertising price.

Nine, special booth must pay to the general assembly "booth special decoration construction demolition deposit", the price is RMB 400 yuan/per square meter +000 yuan/per linear meter.

10. The erected standard booth and internal facilities shall not be changed, dismantled or used for other purposes without authorization, and the tables and chairs outside the booth shall not be used for other purposes. Any changes should be reported to the customer service department for approval. 1. All exhibitors must wear certificates issued by the exhibition organizer when entering and leaving the exhibition center, and enter and leave the exhibition center according to the time announced by the exhibition.

2. Smoking is forbidden in the exhibition hall.

3. Without permission, nails, ring nails, glue, double-sided tape, etc. It is not allowed to be used on booths and tools, and it is not allowed to use sticky notes or write directly with colored pens. If you need to paste promotional materials, you can use transparent tape and other items that are not easy to damage the exhibition. If it is really necessary to use adhesive, double-sided adhesive and other items that are difficult to clean, it must be reported to the exhibition hall management personnel for approval in advance, but it must be cleaned up when the exhibition is withdrawn.

Four, the exhibition standard booth construction by the exhibition center engineering department is responsible for the unified. Exhibitors who need special decoration and construction of the booth should contact the organizing committee in advance. Units allowed to enter the construction of the convention and exhibition center must submit construction drawings, circuit diagrams, descriptions of materials used and other materials to the engineering department of the convention and exhibition center before entering the museum. After approval, they will pay the corresponding fees, and the organizing Committee will handle temporary construction permits for the construction personnel before entering the exhibition hall for construction.

Five, chainsaws, planers and other woodworking production should be operated outside the exhibition hall, and it is forbidden to carry out basic processing of woodworking materials and paints in the exhibition hall.

Six, the unified construction of the standard booth and the configuration of exhibition tools, shall not be removed and changed without authorization. It is forbidden to saw off the aluminum and exhibition boards in the exhibition center, and it is forbidden to paint, nail and open holes in the aluminum and floor. It is forbidden to use tables and chairs in the exhibition hall as climbing tools. If you need rock climbing, please build your own climbing equipment.

Seven, not in the pedestrian passage, entrance, fire control facilities, strong and weak electricity and other places hanging, posting and nailing all kinds of exhibition samples, promotional materials or other signs. It is forbidden to paste or smear hard-to-remove things on the cylinders, panels, shelves and walls of the exhibition hall. Posting instant paste printed matter must apply to the marketing department and go through relevant formalities.

8. After the samples are unpacked, flammable items such as packing boxes, shredded paper, foam and wooden boards must be cleared out of the exhibition hall in time, and packing boxes and exhibits shall not be stored outside the booth.
