How to develop photos

First of all, the photographed film needs to be opened in the secret bag and then wrapped in the developing tank. It is a closed tank with a device for pouring liquid medicine. It is best to take it out after putting it in the dark bag. The first step is to put the developer, which requires water temperature and time control. The second step is to put the fixer. The steps are similar to the developer, and then rinse. Then the "film" becomes a "negative". Take it out and add it with a clip and put it in a ventilated place to dry. Take the developed negative to the darkroom, put the photo that needs to be developed on the negative holder of the enlarger, then put the photo paper on the enlarger, set the time, so that the image on the negative reaches the photo paper Above, it needs to be mentioned that this process is carried out in darkness, and lights are not allowed in the darkroom. Then put the initially exposed photo paper into a container with developer for a period of development, then fix it in a container with anti-theft fixer, rinse it with water, and then put the photos together with clips and put them in a ventilated place to dry. Just do it and it's OK. This is a relatively old method. This is how I developed black and white film at the time. Later, I became much more advanced when I entered the color darkroom. The previous steps are the same, but the steps after exposure on the enlarger are different. Color film has three buttons for color adjustment on the enlarger. This needs to be adjusted based on experience, otherwise the color of the photo will be wrong. Take it out of the enlarger. Then just put the photo paper into a machine. The machine will automatically perform the following steps mentioned above. Finally, the photo will come out of the machine on its own. The technology is much more advanced. I still can't forget the days when I was developing photos in the darkroom. It was very fun. I was completely fumbling in the dark. I was not used to it at first, but later I became very comfortable. I really enjoyed the feeling of developing photos by myself.

Let’s talk about today’s digital photos. This is very simple. You only need a color printer, put the photos into the computer, then insert the photo paper into the printer, click "Print" directly on the computer, and it will be out in a few minutes. It’s very convenient, not as troublesome as film. Compared with today’s technology, it is too advanced, but I still like to develop film by myself and enjoy it~
