General situation of Zhengzhou University Beijing Alumni Association

In order to make the Beijing Alumni Association of Zhengzhou University run normally as soon as possible and better serve the vast number of alumni, some members of the Beijing Alumni Association of Zhengzhou University held a working meeting in ditan park, Beijing on April 2, 2006. Members of the Alumni Council attending the party were: Wang Tao, Liu Dahong, Wang Jiwei, Zhou Kunpeng, Zhang Ming, Hou Bing, Wang Xin, Lu Changshan, Ren Jun, etc. Class 98 Genghai alumni were invited to participate in the guidance work. All the alumni attending the meeting spoke freely in a responsible attitude towards Zhengzhou University Beijing Alumni Association and alumni in Beijing, and discussed the following issues and reached an agreement:

First, the functional orientation of Zhengzhou University Beijing Alumni Association

Combined with the actual situation of the Alumni Association, after the normal operation and stable development of the Alumni Association, we should integrate various social resources, strive to find a market entry point, establish an Alumni Association entity, and explore a feasible operation mode, so that the majority of alumni can return to society while obtaining economic benefits.

Second, the division of labor of alumni association members:

Every alumnus who agrees and voluntarily joins the Beijing Alumni Association of Zhengzhou University is the owner of the Alumni Association and has the obligation to contribute to the Alumni Association. At present, in principle, it is divided into: (1) Alumni Council composed of alumni who graduated from Beijing in recent years to undertake the specific work of the Alumni Association; Because the earlier alumni are currently in the stage of starting a business and starting a family, their energy is limited, and they are not responsible for the specific work of the alumni association, but only for the guidance of the development and construction of the alumni association, the consultant's check and the coordination of major issues; Alumni who have graduated in recent years but are not yet stable in Beijing still focus on their own affairs, strive for early stability, and try their best to complete the things entrusted by the Alumni Association.

Division of posts in Alumni Council:

President: Wang Tao is responsible for the overall work of the alumni association;

Vice President: Liu Dahong is responsible for the daily work of the Alumni Association;

Tao Tao is responsible for the human resources and financial work of the Alumni Association;

Wang Jiwei is responsible for the liaison and information consultation of the Alumni Association;

Zhou Kunpeng is responsible for the publicity of the alumni association;

Zhang Ming is responsible for the cultural and sports friendship of the Alumni Association;

Hou Bing is responsible for the contact of medical alumni;

Secretary-General: Liu Dahong is responsible for formulating the work plan and personnel deployment of the Alumni Association;

Deputy Secretary-General: Wang Xin is responsible for issuing the work plan, controlling the progress and checking the implementation.

Executive Deputy Secretary-General: Responsible for the temporary work related to the interface connection between departments and the arrangement of the Secretary-General in the work plan of the Alumni Association.

The competent minister is responsible for the specific implementation of relevant work plans under the leadership of the competent vice president; The vice minister shall assist the minister to do a good job in his own department; The director is responsible for contacting the alumni in charge of the department, informing them of the development of the Alumni Association, and feeding back their suggestions and wishes to the Alumni Association in time. (Alumni's suggestions to the Alumni Association can be sent directly to the dedicated mailbox of the Alumni Association. )

Third, the recent work arrangements of the Alumni Association

(1) Publicity work: manage the existing publicity interface in strict accordance with the pre-issued publicity announcement, and standardize its operation, specifically: 1, alumni forum-gradually complete the revision work, enrich the content, increase the information capacity, and develop into an independent dedicated website. 2. Alumni records-In order to make full use of the space provided by CHINAREN website and ensure more alumni to join the Alumni Association, each alumnus is only allowed to join one alumni record, except for managers, personnel responsible for human resources and publicity work, and those who need to be approved by managers for a short time due to the work of the Alumni Association; Encourage alumni to leave messages actively. For important messages, the administrator can forward them in two alumni records at the same time and put them at the top. The time limit for putting them on top should not exceed 10 days. 3.QQ Group-Zheng Da Beijing Alumni Group: This group is not forced to use their real names, and alumni can choose to use their real names or QQ nicknames voluntarily. Except administrators, members of this group are not allowed to join the real-name group of Zheng Dajing alumni at the same time; Real-name registration system Group, a Beijing-based alumnus of Zheng Da University: all of them are registered in real-name registration system. It is suggested to simply indicate the year of admission and the department to which they belong (see Group Sharing for details on how to modify the group business card). Clean up the group once a day. If you don't change it within the time limit, delete it after leaving a message to explain. Except administrators, members of this group are not allowed to join the Zheng Da Alumni Group at the same time. 4. General provisions: (1) It is strictly forbidden to disclose the personal information of alumni to people outside the Alumni Association and those whose membership of the Alumni Association has not been verified. Once verified, immediately repel, internal notification. (2) It is forbidden to chat or leave messages with unhealthy content. (3) It is forbidden to publish pornographic and vulgar pictures. (4) Alumni can freely express any opinions, questions and suggestions on any communication platform, but they cannot be inflammatory and aggressive.

(2) Human resources work: The Human Resources Department will continue to collect, sort out and improve alumni information, and complete the classification work according to the industry of alumni. At the same time, alumni information will be strictly kept, and it is temporarily stipulated as: 1. After receiving the corresponding alumni information due to the work of the Alumni Association, all members of the Alumni Council should keep it properly, which can only be used for work contact and personal communication, and shall not disclose it to anyone else. 2. When any alumni need to contact other alumni or need help due to work and life, they can directly post help information on QQ group, alumni directory or alumni forum, and qualified alumni associations will take the initiative to contact them. 3. For alumni with complete information (at least contact information), if they need to contact other alumni or need help, they can directly send help information to any one of the Secretary-General, Deputy Secretary-General and Minister of Human Resources of the Council. After receiving the inquiry information, the Secretary-General, the Deputy Secretary-General and the Minister of Human Resources can provide the corresponding information only after verifying the true identity of the inquirer and obtaining the consent of the inquired alumni. (4) In order to prevent dishonest alumni from leaking alumni information, please take the initiative to ask for contact information after receiving a phone call from a strange alumnus. If you are in doubt, you can go directly to the person who provided the information and report it to the Secretary-General, so as to facilitate tracing after causing adverse consequences. (5) Any alumnus who divulges the information of other alumni and causes adverse effects will be notified to be removed from the list.

(3) Internal and external liaison: The International Liaison Department will get in touch with the President's Office of Zhengzhou University, the Shanghai Alumni Association of Zhengzhou University and the East China Alumni Association of Shengda University of Economics, Business and Economics at an appropriate time and in an appropriate way, inform the Beijing Alumni Association of the preparations and discuss cooperation matters; Contact as many alumni as possible in Beijing, especially those who graduated earlier; Actively understand the market information and do a good job in the feasibility demonstration and pre-planning of the establishment of the alumni association entity.

(4) Financial work: Alumni of the Finance Department did not attend the work party for some reason, and specific matters such as the financial system and fund-raising methods of the Alumni Association need to be discussed and announced later.

(5) Information consultation: The information consultation department should actively expand the space of information resources and provide as much information consultation as possible for the work and life of alumni in Beijing.

(6) Cultural and Sports Association: The Cultural and Sports Association Department organizes alumni badminton matches, table tennis matches, swimming matches and sightseeing activities in advance (for the personal safety of alumni, the long-distance sightseeing activities in the early stage are registered by the Cultural and Sports Association Department and entrusted by professional travel agencies); Consider holding an alumni photo exchange contest jointly with the Propaganda Department (the draft depends on the situation); Do a good job in the early planning and preparation of the annual welcome party and alumni get-together held in mid-June, 5438+10.
