Which "Buddhist" leaders have you met?

I have been to a company, and the boss asked all our employees to go to his office to guess his riddles before going to work. If they guess right, they can get off work 20 minutes early, if they guess wrong, they can get off work normally. If they give up guessing, they will have to work overtime for 30 minutes before leaving work ... this is really the most Buddha boss I have ever met. Work is not important to him, but he is happy.
