The 9th Silk Road International Film Festival is an international film festival jointly sponsored by the Central Radio and Television General Station, the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and the Fujian Provincial People's Government. It was held in Xi City, Shaanxi Province from February 30th, 2022 to October 2nd, 2023/KLOC-0.

The theme of this year's Silk Road International Film Festival is "Silk Road connects the world, and light shines in Chang 'an". Seven main units, including the "Golden Silk Road Award" competition unit, opening ceremony and red carpet ceremony, movie night, film screening, film forum, film power and award ceremony, were set up to carry out activities such as promoting cultural exchanges, connecting people's hearts and learning from each other.

The theme of this year's film festival is "Silk Road connects the world and the light shines on Chang 'an". * * * is divided into press conference, opening ceremony, award ceremony, film award, film screening, film forum, film power and other major units.

Specifically, it includes a press conference, two large-scale events (opening ceremony and award ceremony) and two forums (Silk Road Film Resource Sharing and Cooperation Award-winning Forum, New Generation Filmmakers and Future Film Analysis Forum).

Three "movie nights" activities (movie art night, Chang 'an night, Silk Road night), three "master dialogues" (talking about Xiangjiang movies, judging us by time, cultural self-confidence and humanity * * *) and many movie activities.
