What if the photo is out of date?

When men and women get married, they often choose the photography building to take a group of wedding photos as a permanent memorial. But if you are not satisfied with the wedding photos taken, can you ask the studio for a refund? If the studio does violate the contract, for example, the promise is not fulfilled, then according to the other party's breach of contract, the studio can be required to refund the money, remake and pay liquidated damages according to the contract. So whether you can refund the money depends on whether the studio has breached the contract or not. In addition, according to the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, disputes over consumer rights and interests between consumers and business operators can be resolved through the following channels:

(a) negotiated settlement with the operator;

(2) Requesting consumers' associations or other mediation organizations established according to law to mediate;

(3) Complaining to the Price Bureau and other relevant administrative departments;

(four) according to the arbitration agreement reached with the operator, submit it to an arbitration institution for arbitration;

(5) bring a lawsuit to the people's court. Therefore, according to the provisions of China's Consumer Protection Law, if consumers are not satisfied with wedding photos, they can negotiate with the merchants. If negotiation fails, they can defend their rights in the above ways. Legal basis: Article 39 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests, disputes between consumers and operators can be resolved through the following channels: (1) settlement through consultation with operators; (2) Requesting consumers' associations or other mediation organizations established according to law to mediate; (three) to complain to the relevant administrative departments; (four) according to the arbitration agreement reached with the operator, submit it to an arbitration institution for arbitration; (5) bring a lawsuit to the people's court.
