How to take good photos of cute toys

Photographing plush toys:

1. First, decide whether to shoot with a white background or a staged scene.

2. Arrange the scene according to the shooting target.

If it is a staged scene:

a. Choose appropriate props to decorate the scene, and pay attention to the plush toys.

b, arrange lighting. The lighting needs to be bright.

c, choose a normal visual angle for shooting. The ordinary visual angle refers to the angle from which a person standing normally looks at the toys in the scene.

If you are shooting with a white background:

a. Select a white photography stage, white background cloth, and remove other objects.

b. Light the background cloth. Without a dedicated light to illuminate the background fabric, the background will appear gray.

c. The best visual effect of product photos with a blank background is to be at the same level as the toy, that is, the camera lens and the toy are at the same height.

Note:

1. Setting the main and auxiliary lights when posing the scene can better express the three-dimensional effect. The main and auxiliary light uses two (or more) flash lights, one of which (usually the left one) has higher power, and the other has slightly lower power.

2. When shooting a blank background, the background cloth, floor, etc. may be overexposed. This is normal. Just make sure that the toys are not overexposed.
