What's the difference between Pentax 645d and 645z?

The sensors are different. 645D is Kodak's 40-megapixel CCD sensor. CCD is suitable for taking photos with low sensitivity, but the noise is too high at high sensitivity, so the highest ISO is only 1600. 645Z was replaced by Sony's 52-megapixel CMOS sensor, and ISO supported 204,800.

With different focus points, 645D has only 1 1 focus points, while 645Z has 27 focus points.

The processing core is different. The continuous shooting of 645D is 1. 1 sheet per second, and the processing speed of 645d is faster, up to 3 sheets per second.

645D does not support video shooting, and 645Z can shoot 4K HD video.

Generally speaking, the 645D is a 645 medium format camera which mainly focuses on landscape photography, while the 645Z is more multifunctional and can be used for indoor and outdoor portraits, landscapes, still lives, advertisements and even video shooting.
