Xu Song (born May 14, 1986) is a famous lyricist, composer, record producer, singer, and a benchmark figure in mainland independent music. An original musician born in the 1980s, born in Hefei, Anhui, and graduated from Anhui Medical University majoring in health management. In 2009, he independently published his first album of lyrics and music, "Custom", and in 2010, he independently published his second album of lyrics and music, "Searching for Fog Enlightenment", which sparked an upsurge of discussion twice and was sold out within one month of the album's release.
