Yongding Building is located on the north bank of the intersection of Heishui River and Yongding River in Mentougou District, Beijing, and beside the lake of Yongding River Gate City. The design of Yongding Building is inspired by the Yellow Crane Tower, which is known as the "Three Famous Buildings in the South of the Yangtze River". The overall architectural design is magnificent and exquisite, while adhering to the unique ancient architectural style of China.

Yongding Mansion covers an area of 2,800 square meters, with a building area of13,000 square meters, with one basement and eight floors above ground.
