Canon camera memory card can take pictures, but why can’t it?

Hello!

The memory card speed may be too low.

If you use a memory card with a speed lower than Class 4, due to data transmission, processing speed and other issues, the problem of "very short recording time" may occur when recording high-definition video.

When shooting high-definition videos, it is recommended to use a Class 6 or above memory card.

Refer to the speed class and corresponding writing speed of SDHC memory card:

Class 2

2MB/s (satisfied for watching ordinary MPEG4 MPEG2 movies , SDTV, digital camera shooting)

Class 4

4MB/s (can smoothly play high-definition TV (HDTV), digital camera continuous shooting, etc.)

Class 6

6MB/s (meeting the requirements for continuous shooting of SLR cameras and the use of professional equipment)

Class 10

10MB/s (meeting the requirements for high-speed connection of SLR cameras) Requirements for shooting, full HD high bit rate video shooting and other professional equipment that require high reading and writing speeds)
