This is a real experience I had in the Leye Tiankeng Group in Guangxi in 2009. Some secrets in the Tiankeng Group will not be made public for a long time according to the agreement we reached with certain people. But finally I couldn't keep silent.

The reason I broke my promise was because I couldn't stop having nightmares for a long time, I had given up my career as a photographer, and I had received enough "hush money." I bought a country inn in Yangshuo, Guilin, and lived the life I had longed for, as long as I earned enough money to spend. Spend extra time in the sun. Maybe it’s because of everything I experienced in those dark sinkholes and underground rivers that I no longer believe in the appearance of everything, even under the sun.

When I look at the happy crowd from the viewfinder, I will think of those ghosts wandering underground, whether they have blended into our midst...
