The company was established in Beijing in July 2004 and became one of the first companies in China to engage in mobile advertising business.

In August 2004, we successfully obtained a 300,000 yuan advertising contract for Hanxiu Department Store, a real estate store project.

In September 2004, a marketing office was established in Tianjin.

In November 2004, a marketing office was established in Xi'an.

In December 2004, a marketing office was established in Shenyang. In March 2005, Beijing Galaxy Aotong Technology Development Co., Ltd. was registered and established.

In March 2005, Beijing Fangyuan Jiujiu Advertising Company was acquired.

In April 2005, the company moved into the core of Beijing CBD and moved into Tower A of SOHO Modern City.

In May 2005, the Tianjin branch was officially established.

In December 2005, branches and offices across the country gathered in Beijing to participate in the first annual general meeting. The board of directors was established in June 2006.

In July 2006, Beijing Galaxy Aotong Technology Development Co., Ltd. increased its capital to 5 million and changed its name to Beijing Zhijian Times Media Technology Co., Ltd.

In August 2006, Beijing Fangyuan Jiujiu Advertising Co., Ltd. was changed to Beijing Zhijian Meijing Media Advertising Co., Ltd. and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhijian Times.

In August 2006, the Tuwa.com project, the first online and wireless classified information sharing platform, was launched.

In October 2006, well-known angel investor Li Zhenzhang became a director of the company.

In December 2006, the new leadership team was unveiled and participated in the company's second annual meeting. In April 2007, a new generation of business text messaging platform - Fingertip Wireless Assistant 2008 was released.

In May 2007, it successfully signed a contract with Staples, a Fortune 500 company, to become its wireless advertising provider.

In July 2008, it became a member unit of the Executive Committee of the Digital Media Research Institute of Communication University of China and the Mobile Media Academic Annual Conference.

In August 2008, projects such as Internet fax and bus card were launched successively. In January 2009, the Changsha branch was established.
