The Mysterious Land on the Earth —— Guifeng Mountain Shi Jian Reservoir

Everyone who has been to Xinhui knows Guifeng Mountain, Yutai Temple and Birds of Paradise, but few people have been to Shi Jian Reservoir, which is not a tourist attraction. Even the locals in Xinhui have never been there, because it is remote and needs a winding path leading to a secluded place. But it is the most beautiful, primitive and rich in negative ions in Guifeng Mountain (National Forest Park). When you get to Shi Jian Reservoir, you will reach the hinterland of Guifeng Mountain.

Shi Jian reservoir is divided into primary reservoir and secondary reservoir. After liberation, Xinhui mobilized citizens to build it. Since then, it has been used as a source of tap water. So the reservoir and the surrounding mountains have been protected by the government for a long time, and swimming and fishing are not allowed. When I say "Shi Jian Reservoir" here, I mean the first-class reservoir, that is, the first-class water injected into Guifeng Mountain stream (when the flood is discharged, the first-class water will be injected into the second-class).

Standing on the dam of Shi Jian Reservoir and looking out, Guifeng Mountain and Yunfeng Mountain face each other across the valley and form a barrier side by side, so it is called "green curtain". In my eyes, it is also magnificent. On the left, Yunfeng Mountain opened its arms as if to embrace Guifeng Mountain from a distance, while Guifeng Mountain, tall and straight, like a handsome boy, walked quickly to Yunfeng Mountain and made a series of salutes. The long time and space fixed the scene of this moment and presented it to me, reappearing the hospitality and courtesy of new people.

Guifeng Mountain and Yunfeng Mountain are more like heroes and heroines. Together, they guard the safety of Xinhui. Why do you say that? Every time a typhoon in the South China Sea passes through Doumen District of Zhuhai City and Xuzhen Town (Gu Jing and Sandpile) in the south of Xinhui City, the wind power is greatly weakened. After the cover action of Guifeng and Yunfeng, most typhoons dissipated or diverted, and rarely attacked Xinhui head-on. Guifeng and Yunfeng archways in the north of Xinhui. How do they affect the airflow from the south? This needs geographers to explain. But in fact, in recent decades, Xinhui was only hit by a strong typhoon with a magnitude of 12 in 1964, and all previous typhoons in other years were near misses, which can be described as a "land of feng shui" and a "blessed land".

The water vapor from the south rises through Guifeng and Yunfeng to form clouds and rain, which increases the rainfall in the southern slope valley. Yunfeng Mountain is shrouded in clouds all the year round, and its peak appearance is rare all the year round, hence the name "Yunfeng". Shi Jian Reservoir collects rainwater from the south slope, which provides a guarantee for the tap water of Xinhui people. However, with the increase of population, reservoir water alone is not enough to supply, and later it was changed to the model of "Tanjiang River and Xijiang River as the mainstay, supplemented by reservoir water".

Every year in 65438+February, when the seawater goes northward and the salt tide comes, Xinhui people dilute the salt water with the water from Shi Jian Reservoir to tide over the salt tide. For coastal cities, this is a must. Compared with Zhongshan City, Xinhui people are blessed. In the winter of 20 1 1, when I was working in sanxiang town, Zhongshan City, during the two-month salt tide, tap water was not drinkable at all, so I had to use bottled water. Moreover, salt water also damaged many factory machines, damaged the reputation of tap water in Zhongshan City and affected foreign investors' evaluation of Zhongshan's investment environment. At the same time, the tap water in Xinhui is not salty, which is not a big problem.

As the core area of Guifeng Mountain, Shi Jian River shares common interests with * * *. There are 1000 kinds of animals and plants here, many of which I am familiar with, but I am not famous. I often come across a color picture of Chinese medicine on the internet and exclaim, "I've seen this before!" " . When the paper industry in Xinhui became famous all over the world, most of the hills were replaced by fast-growing eucalyptus trees, and the ecological environment was seriously damaged, Guifeng, Yunfeng and Shi Jian were the only remaining primitive forests, which were really precious.

The mountains in the north can have different scenery in four seasons, while Shi Jian is located in the south, with only two seasons, namely green spring and summer and yellow autumn and winter. In the spring of March, it is drizzling and the grass grows and the warblers fly; In early summer, the mountain flowers are in full bloom and full of green eyes; In midsummer, the shadows of trees are dancing and cicadas are noisy. In the month of 1 1, the forest is gradually destroyed, some tree species wither and fall leaves, and most of them just keep silent.

In a year, the mountains in May are the most beautiful. It is the turn of spring and summer, when the vegetation is soaked by the spring rain and full of strength. generate shows all the green, shakes off all the yellow and puts on new clothes. Everyone wants to be the growth champion this year. Trees, shrubs and grasses that can blossom have already blossomed, and their fragrance is overflowing, which keeps bees and butterflies busy. In such a beautiful spring, walking in Shixi makes me feel extremely excited and comfortable, lamenting the ultimate happiness of life!

Around the mountain road of the reservoir, a lake and green water always come into view. From the perspective of photographic composition, there are colorful trees of Ana in the close shot, a jasper lake in the middle shot, and ethereal Yunfeng and handsome Guifeng in the distant shot, which are beautiful. I just hate that my photography skills are not good and I can't shoot my inner feelings.

Shi Jian is my Peach Blossom Garden and the virgin land of tourism. It's almost impossible to keep this secret now. A water park is being built in Shi Jian Reservoir. At that time, tourists can drive yachts between multiple docks and bridge opening, or have a leisurely tea in a tea shop on the other side, or catch butterflies among flowers and stroll in a small park. Shi Jian will become a public entertainment place and a famous scenic spot. Is this development a blessing or a curse? That depends on who, for people, or for the vegetation in Shixi?
