2. A letter in English or Hebrew from a relevant Israeli company or institution to the consular office of the Israeli embassy. The letter must be printed on the official official paper of the company or institution and must be in charge of the company or institution. Autograph and official seal of the company or institution. Copies, faxes, scanned copies and emails will not be accepted. The content of the letter should include:
①. The nature of the Israeli inviting company and its relationship with the visa applicant;
②. The name, passport number, company name and position of the Israeli inviting party visa applicant;
③. The purpose of the Israeli inviting party inviting the visa applicant to visit Israel and the duration of stay; if the Israeli party will bear the expenses of the visa applicant during the visit to Israel, please indicate it at the same time.
④. The Israeli inviting party must indicate that it is responsible for the visa applicant's activities while in Israel and guarantees that the visa applicant will return to China as scheduled.
3. An official English guarantee letter from the Chinese unit where the visa applicant currently works. The guarantee letter must be printed on the official paper of the unit, and must have the official seal of the unit and the signature of the person in charge. Guarantee letters in the form of copies, faxes, scanned copies and emails will not be accepted. The content of the guarantee letter should include:
①. Prove that the visa applicant is a regular employee of the unit and his title;
②. Prove that the visa applicant is indeed visiting Israel due to invitation from relevant Israeli companies or institutions;
③. Explain that China or Israel will bear the visa applicant’s expenses during the visit to Israel;
④. The visa applicant is guaranteed to be able to return to China as scheduled after the visit.
4. If the Chinese unit where the visa applicant currently works is an enterprise, he or she must provide a copy of the enterprise's business license and its copy, and the copy must be stamped with the official seal. A copy of the business license will be returned to the visa applicant after the visa application materials have been reviewed.
5. Two copies of the visa application form completed in English. This form can be filled out on-site at the visa office of the embassy.
VI. (1) Three recent 2-inch color photos of the visa applicant.
(2) Valid passport of the visa applicant (valid for at least six months).
(3) Two business cards of the visa applicant.
