According to the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Management of Tour Guides" and the "Implementation Measures for the Management of Tour Guides", the Provincial Tourism Bureau will conduct a tour of the province for more than three years (2011 Years ago, including 2011, the same below), tour guides who did not participate in the annual review of tour guide certificates were required to cancel their tour guide certificates (IC cards). The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

2. In view of the large number of cancellations, considering the actual situation of cancellation of tour guides, after research, the Provincial Tourism Bureau will arrange a centralized review for tour guides who have not participated in the annual review of tour guide certificates for more than three years. After review and rectification, those who pass the assessment can resume participating in the normal annual review; those who fail the assessment will have their tour guide certificate (IC card) cancelled. Starting from 2014, any tour guide who has not participated in the annual review for more than three years will have his tour guide certificate (IC card) directly canceled, and the Provincial Tourism Bureau will no longer arrange rectification and assessment work.

3. All tour guides in the province who have not participated in the annual review of their tour guide certificate for more than three years and are willing to resume the annual review of their tour guide certificate must hold the relevant certificates from the date of announcement to November 30, 2014.
