Troy's plot

In BC 1 193, Priam, king of Troy, and his handsome second son Prince Paris were warmly received in the palace of Menelaus, king of Sparta, Greece.

However, Paris fell in love with Menelaus' beautiful wife Helen at first sight and took her out of the palace. The angry Menelaus and his brother Agamemnon, king of Mycenae, attacked Troy.

Achilles and hector, the youngest son of Priam, commander-in-chief of the Greek allied forces, gradually became heroes of both sides in the war.

Because Troy was strong and easy to defend but difficult to attack, the Greek army confronted the Trojan warriors 10 years. Finally, the hero Odysseus put forward a clever plan to let all the Greek soldiers board the warships, creating the illusion of withdrawing troops, and deliberately leaving a huge Trojan horse in front of the city. Troy happily brought the Trojan horse into the city as a trophy.

That night, while the Trojans were drinking and singing, 20 Greek soldiers hiding in Troy broke out and opened the gate. Troy was immediately captured and the whole city was looted and burned.

The old king and most men were killed, women and children were sold into slavery, and Helen was taken back to Greece. The war that lasted for 10 years is finally over.
