Hongyang Village is located in the northeast of Zhou Wang Town, surrounded by Liu Yang Town, Bajin Township, Zhou Wang Tea Farm, Zhou Wang Community, Jingbian Village and Yunfeng Village. The total area of the jurisdiction is 17.25 square kilometers, the cultivated land area is 33 15 mu, the forest land area is19,000 mu, and the water surface is more than 820 mu. There are 22 villagers' groups in the village with a total population of 2247. The village committee is located in the town industrial park, and Huayang Highway, Zhouzhuang Highway and Zhouzha Highway pass through the village with convenient transportation. The village has a long cultural and historical landscape, Dizang King Temple, Hongxing Reservoir and breeding base of wild Chinese alligator, which is of great ornamental and development value.
