Ten famous scenic spots in Beijing
1, Badaling Great Wall Tourist Area
Badaling Great Wall is the best preserved and most representative section of the Great Wall in Ming Dynasty. It is the essence of the Great Wall in Ming Dynasty and the outpost of Juyongguan, an important pass of the Great Wall. The altitude is as high as 10 15 meters, the terrain is dangerous and the city is strong.
2. The Forbidden City
National 5A-level tourist attraction, the first of the five largest palaces in the world, and a world cultural heritage. The Forbidden City was the imperial palace of China in Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368 ~1911). According to China's ancient astrology theory, Ziweiyuan (Polaris) is located in the center of the sky, where the heavenly emperor lives and heaven corresponds, so it is also called the Forbidden City.
3. Summer Palace
Summer Palace, Royal Garden Museum, National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit, World Heritage. It is a large-scale landscape garden with Kunming Lake and Wanshou Mountain as the background and Hangzhou West Lake as the basis, drawing lessons from the design techniques of Jiangnan gardens. It is also the most well-preserved royal palace and is known as the "Royal Garden Museum".
4. Tiantan Park
Temple of Heaven, a world cultural heritage, a national key cultural relic protection unit and a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction. The Temple of Heaven is in the south of Beijing, to the east of Yongdingmennei Street in Dongcheng District. The Temple of Heaven was built in the 18th year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty and rebuilt in Qianlong and Guangxu years. It is the place where emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties offered sacrifices to the emperor and prayed for a bumper harvest of grain.
5. Gongwangfu
Palace Wang Fu is the largest architectural complex in Qing Dynasty. It used to be the residence of Xiao Shenyang, the powerful minister in Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, and Aisingiorro Lin Yong, the prince of Qing Dynasty in Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty. In the first year of Xianfeng (185 1), the Qing court gave this house to Prince Gong Aisingiorro Yixin, hence the name Gong.
6. Olympic Park
Beijing Olympic Park embodies the three concepts of "science and technology, green and humanity", and is a new urban area with multiple functions such as office, business, hotel, culture, sports, conference and residence. The main attractions are Bird's Nest, Water Cube, National Gymnasium, National Convention Center, Forest Park, Sinking Garden, Beiding Niangniang Temple and Tennis Center.
7. Yuanmingyuan Ruins Park
Yuanmingyuan Ruins Park was built in 1988, and now only the mountain-shaped water system, garden pattern and building base are left, and rockeries and carved relics can still be seen. There is a garden history exhibition hall in the former site of "West Building" for people to pay their respects.
8. Shichahai Scenic Area
Shichahai Scenic Area is an open scenic spot with an open water surface, and it is also the largest and most intact historical block in Beijing. The ancient buildings in Shichahai are mainly represented by Gongwangfu and Garden, Guo Moruo Memorial Hall, Bell and Drum Tower, Deshengmen Arrow Tower, Guanghua Temple, Huitong Temple and Huixian Hall.
9. Xiangshan Park
Xiangshan Park is one of the top ten most beautiful city parks in China. Its red leaves are well-known at home and abroad, and it is the strongest autumn color in Beijing. There are many cultural relics in the park, and pavilions are scattered in the mountains like stars. There is one of the eight scenic spots in Yanjing, "Clear Snow in the Western Hills", and there is a temple, "Biyun Temple", which combines the architectural styles of Ming and Qing Dynasties.
Beihai Park 10
Beihai Park is located in the central area of Beijing, with Jingshan Mountain in the east, Zhongnanhai in the south and Shichahai in the north, belonging to the ancient royal gardens in China. The whole park is centered on Beihai, which is mainly composed of Qionghua Island, East Coast and North Coast scenic spots. On Qionghua Island, the trees are lush, the pavilions are quiet, and the white tower stands on the top of the mountain, which has become the symbol of the park.
