Information is required to receive entry items

1. Use when registering. The original valid document (second-generation ID card/passport).

2. Present the printed and signed receipt confirmation form (including the "Health Commitment Guarantee").

3. Show the "Zhejiang Health Code (Shaoxing)".

4. Athletes from Zhejiang Province who have traveled outside Zhejiang Province and who have traveled to other provinces 14 days before the competition (after midnight on November 14) must provide a negative electronic or paper nucleic acid test report within 7 days before coming to Yunnan.

5. For underage players without ID cards, their guardian or legal agent must present the original guardian’s ID card and original household registration book, and bring the player himself to go through the procedures for collecting the belongings.

Note: No materials will be distributed to those with non-green codes or abnormal body temperatures, and the registration fee will be refunded one week after the event.

Epidemic Prevention Inspection

Affected by the epidemic, a new epidemic prevention and control inspection will be added to this collection. 2. Personal itinerary check within 14 days

3. Check the "Zhejiang Health Code (Shaoxing)"

4. "Nucleic Acid Test Report" inspection

Athletes from Zhejiang Province who have traveled to other provinces outside Zhejiang Province and 14 days before the competition (after midnight on November 14th) must provide proof of origin. If there is a negative electronic or paper nucleic acid test report within the first 7 days, players from Zhejiang Province and players from outside the province who have been in Zhejiang Province 14 days before the game (after midnight on November 14) do not need a nucleic acid test report.
