What are two dams and one gorge?

Two dams and one gorge refer to Gezhouba, Three Gorges Dam and Three Gorges Grand Canyon. Two dams and one gorge refer to the eastern part of Xiling Gorge, a natural grand canyon on the Yangtze River waterway, which is 37 kilometers from the Three Gorges Dam to Gezhouba. Due to the new construction of the Three Gorges Dam, the western part of Xiling Gorge above the Three Gorges Dam, the whole Wuxia Gorge and Qutang Gorge are submerged, and the water level rises by more than 60~ 100 meters, so part of the original landscape of the Three Gorges will be changed.

Gezhouba Water Control Project is located in Yichang City, Hubei Province, China, at the end of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, 2.3km downstream of Nanjinguan, the outlet of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River.
