This Nuowu is not the Nuowu of Iceland, and Dachaoshan in Yunxian County is not a well-known tea mountain known to ordinary tea lovers, because there is a very "special" ancient tea tree here. Ancient tea trees grow in the foothills of the towering snow-capped mountains in Lincang. Although its regional location belongs to Yunxian County, its growing place is about 1 km away from Mangang, Dong Bang. So its growing environment is very similar to Mangang's. The ancient tea tree is distributed in the forest of Rocky Mountain, and its taste is quite close to that of Mangang tea. It is a typical ancient stone tea. If we only have these characteristics, it is not surprising to the unsurprising tea lovers, and it is not enough to attract us all the way.

The "big" of ancient tea trees is unique: the ancient trees are as high as 16 meters; Crown width12m10m; The base circumference of the root is 2 meters, and the age of the tree is more than 2,200 years according to folklore, which is really rare among the cultivated ancient tea trees. Judging from the tree height and trunk diameter at the base, it is indeed high enough and thick enough, but it is difficult to verify the age of the tree, and we still have doubts about whether it is the largest. However, according to Mr. Zhang Guangyi, the founder of Zhide Hongchang Tea Industry, the yield of primary fresh leaves of this big tea tree can reach more than 100 kg in history, and it can also be harvested more than 80 kg in recent years. In this way, it can be said that it is the largest cultivated ancient tea tree found in the rock environment and still alive, and Shi Sheng Tea King deserves it.

Now that its identity has been confirmed, the title of Shi Sheng Tea King must go! As a result, tea friends from all directions rushed to come. Due to the large output of tea king, Mr. Zhang of Zhide Hongchang Tea Industry is very worried about the weather change during the tea picking process. Therefore, taking advantage of the fine weather today, we arrived at our destination early in the morning, waited under the tea king tree in full view, and eagerly looked forward to the grand mining ceremony.

The picture in front of us is shocking enough: Shi Sheng Tea King is tall enough, thick enough, strong enough, with lush foliage and majestic demeanor. There are three pieces of cloth hanging from top to bottom in front of the King of Tea, one of which reads "Those who go up make rotten stones, Shi Sheng tea in Yunnan", revealing the excellent ecological environment of tea Wang Chengchang. A book says, "Keep tea for more than ten years, spread rock rhyme for thousands of years", which means that the wise Dehongchang people-the tea keepers on the stone, took the stone as their partner and tea as their neighbor for ten years, and never changed their original intention, and carefully created Yunnan Shi Sheng tea.

It's mining time! A dozen vigorous tea pickers have climbed the tree. Although a four-story scaffold was specially built for this tea king in Shi Sheng, Yunnan, many buds and leaves growing at the top and edge need to climb from the side branches alone, which seems to be full of fear.

Fortunately, the tea pickers are all agile, and the technology of climbing trees and picking them is easy for them. I saw their feet firmly on the branches and their skilled hands were busy. In an instant, the bags on their shoulders were filled with fresh leaves.

Zhang Guangyi (hereinafter referred to as Zhang): The age of tea trees is a sensitive issue. At present, there is no safe and reliable scientific means to detect. It can only be estimated according to the word of mouth of the people. Some local tea farmers say this tea tree 1000 years, and some say 2200 years. Although there is no clear statement, what is certain is that it is very old.

Tao: What kind of tea tree belongs to?

Zhang: Typical tea varieties include Menghai big leaf species, Mengku big leaf species and big leaf species. There are many tea varieties in Dong Bang, and there are 1 1 tea varieties, but this tree is different from the above tea varieties and does not belong to any of them. This tea king can only be identified as a special big leaf tea variety for cultivation.

Teacher Zhang, please talk about the difference in taste between this stone tea king and tea kings in other tea areas.

Zhang: There are good teas in all major tea-producing areas in the province. I was lucky enough to drink the tea of Tea King on the mountains in all tea-producing areas. Comparatively speaking, I personally think that this Shisheng Tea King is the best in terms of the sweetness of the entrance, the concentration of the soup, and the somatosensory and penetrating feeling after drinking. Perhaps it is because of its thousands of years of accumulation, perhaps because of the temperament given by the living environment of Camellia stone. In short, it gives people the strongest pleasure after drinking.
