It states:

Participating companies must have independent legal personality. Travel agency operating departments and non-independent legal entities located in different regions cannot participate in the rating assessment independently.

The classification of travel agency levels is based on the travel agency’s basic conditions, operating performance, business conditions, services, management mechanisms, financial management, marketing management, business credit and social reputation. 8 first-level sub-projects, 38 second-level sub-projects, 84 third-level sub-projects, 64 fourth-level sub-projects and 8 fifth-level sub-projects have been established.

Except for special instructions, it is applicable to travel agencies from 3A to 5A. The total score of the international community is 650 points, and the total score of the domestic community is 620 points. The standards clearly stipulate the conditions that three levels of travel agencies should meet, and stipulate in the appendix the travel agency rating standards and scoring tables, the travel agency service quality unannounced visit system and scoring table, and the travel agency service quality customer survey system. and questionnaires.
