The People's Governments of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the State Council All ministries and commissions and agencies directly under them:

According to the State Council's "Decision on Amending the Measures for National Holidays and Memorial Days", in order to facilitate various regions and departments to make early and reasonable arrangements for holiday tourism, transportation, and production For business and other related work, with the approval of the State Council, the specific arrangements for the holidays of New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays in 2013 are notified as follows.

1. New Year’s Day: January 1st to 3rd, 3 days off. Work on January 5th (Saturday) and January 6th (Sunday).

2. Spring Festival: The holiday will be from February 9th to 15th, ***7 days. Work on February 16th (Saturday) and February 17th (Sunday).

3. Qingming Festival: April 4th to 6th, 3 days off. Go to work on April 7 (Sunday).

4. Labor Day: From April 29th to May 1st, there will be a 3-day holiday. Work on April 27th (Saturday) and April 28th (Sunday).

5. Dragon Boat Festival: From June 10th to 12th, there will be a day off, ***3 days. Work on June 8th (Saturday) and June 9th (Sunday).

6. Mid-Autumn Festival: There will be a holiday from September 19th to 21st, ***3 days. Go to work on September 22 (Sunday).

7. National Day: From October 1st to 7th, there will be a holiday of 7 days. Go to work on September 29th (Sunday) and October 12th (Saturday).

During the holidays, all regions and departments must properly arrange duty and safety and security work. If major emergencies occur, they must be reported in a timely manner and handled properly in accordance with regulations to ensure the peace and safety of the people. Have a festive holiday.
