Every holiday, Chinese and foreign tourists are crowded, which is simply a thief's party. Therefore, thieves and beggars from all directions also came to Xi 'an to spend the holidays with thieves and beggars. The municipal government is overwhelmed in maintaining order, raising the fear of riots and preventing stampedes, while Xi 'an itself has limited human and financial resources, so it can't reach the supervision of Beijing and Shanghai. As a person from Xi, the first thing to be sure is that Xi 'an has changed greatly in the past five years. From the abandoned capital described by Jia Pingwa to the integration of modern culture and ancient civilization today, urban greening and antique are getting better and better, and there are more and more new districts, and citizens are becoming more and more confident. This is a good thing. However, we should not be complacent and become "lazy people".
