Beiwan Town has been home to outstanding people since ancient times, with a rich cultural heritage and profound cultural heritage. The Si'erwan Grottoes, founded in the Tang Dynasty, are provincial cultural relics protection units. The grottoes are located in Si'erwan in Tianzi Village. They were excavated at the foot of Dongshan Mountain. They sit east to west and have a flat roof with multiple niches on three sides. There is a Buddha in the niche. 66 statues of , Gayapa, Ananda, Avalokitesvara, Heavenly Kings, Hercules, and Eighteen Arhats are respected. The statues have been colorfully decorated throughout the ages. They are exquisite in shape, vivid in image, realistic in expression, and lifelike. They are comparable to the Tang Dynasty statues in Mogao Grottoes in Dunhuang, and are of great significance to the study of the Yellow River. The grotto art in the river basin and the Silk Road is one of the rare grottoes and a good place for people to visit and travel. A golden Yellow River style sightseeing tour on the water is taking shape, running from Silong Resort to Sierwan Grottoes and running through the whole town of Beiwan.
