Baiyangfang Tourism Base is located in the middle section from Tianwai Village to Chikulinji, with an altitude of 500 meters. It is hidden deep in the foothills surrounded by mountains. It is one of the new scenic spots on the tour road of Tianwai Village after the closed operation of Taishan Scenic Area. The total investment of the project is 10 million yuan, and the planned area is 12 hectares. The project started in early 2007 and has been completely completed. This project uses the original 15 house, according to the characteristics of local residential buildings, combined with garden architectural style, to rebuild, green and beautify the surrounding environment, and form an elegant pastoral residential tourist area. This is Taishan Calligraphy Base of China Calligraphers Association, Dongyue Tai Ji Chuan Training Base and Taishan Taoist Health Base. At the same time, it is also a comprehensive base integrating folk tourism in Shi Gandang, planting and viewing of four famous drugs in Taishan, medicinal catering, tourism and shopping.

Professor Menhuifeng, founder of Dongyue Tai Ji Chuan, attended the inauguration ceremony of Taiji Hall and announced that the headquarters of Dongyue Tai Ji Chuan Friendship Association would be moved from Australia to Baiyangfang tourist base.

After more than one year's planning and construction, Dongyue Tai Ji Chuan Training Base is fully functional, and the opening ceremony marks the official opening of the training base to Tai Ji Chuan enthusiasts. In the future, Dongyue Tai Ji Chuan Training Base will hold regular training courses to give full play to its functions and expand the international influence of Mount Tai and Dongyue Tai Ji Chuan.
