(2) Mainland residents apply for visas for traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao.

Mainland residents who apply for visas for travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao in the place of non-permanent residence in accordance with the relevant regulations of the National Immigration Administration must also submit proof that they meet the application conditions in the place of non-permanent residence. Mainland residents who apply for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao at the same time do not need to submit relevant materials repeatedly.
