Handling materials

1. One copy of the Application Registration Form for Tourist Guide Card and one copy of the Application Form for Loss Reporting and Replacement.

2. Two recent photos of two-inch bareheaded works with red background (the name and travel agency are indicated with ballpoint pen on the back).

3. Copy of tour guide qualification certificate (one to two pages)

4. Copy of ID card.

5. A copy of the social security card

6. Copy of the labor contract (labor contract appraised by the Labor Bureau)

7. Lost original newspaper (full-page newspaper)

8 provincial tourism law enforcement corps and municipal tourism law enforcement brigade issued no deduction or deduction certificate.

9. A description of the loss of personal documents and a certificate of loss issued by the travel agency.

10. Relevant certification materials issued by public security bureau or police station and relevant departments.

Note: It is required to publish a "Declaration of Loss and Invalidation of Documents" (including the unit, name and card number on the back of the tourist guide card) in China Tourism News and Municipal Party and Government Organs News. After 1 month from the date of publication, the above materials shall be submitted to the business card printing room.

Treatment process

1. If the holder loses his/her certificate, he/she shall report it to his/her unit in time and submit a brief explanation. He/she shall go through the replacement procedures at the issuing authority with the lost certificate, ID card (and its photocopy), tour guide qualification certificate and its photocopy, and tour guide grade certificate issued by the unit and its photocopy.

2. Fill in the "Application for Tour Guide Registration Form" (in triplicate), and indicate the words "lost replacement". With this Registration Form for Tourist Guides, the holder can go to the tourist newspaper to publish the Declaration of Lost Documents (including the number, name and card number of the tourist guide card).

3. After/0/month from the date of issuing the declaration on the loss of the certificate, the tour guide certificate shall be reissued to the original issuing authority with the newspaper notice, tour guide qualification certificate, ID card and certificate of loss reporting issued by the unit.

Note: During the application period, applicants are not allowed to engage in tour guide activities.
