1. How to get to Dagu Glacier from Chengdu

We only need to go to Heishui County first. There is probably no direct flight to Dagu Glacier. As far as I know, there should be no buses from Mianyang to Heishui. Go to Chengdu Xinnanmen Station or Chadianzi Station and get off.
