Gao Qiao Town is a town under the jurisdiction of Haishu District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is located in the west of Ningbo, an important port city in the coastal economic belt of China and the Yangtze River Economic Belt. It is adjacent to Ningbo in the east, Lishe International Airport in the south, Hemudu ancient cultural site in the west, Yaojiang golden waterway in the north, Hangzhou-Ningbo expressway and provincial highway Ningbo-Liangxian across the whole territory from east to west.
Gao Qiao Town is named after this bridge. Gao Qiao, which crosses the Houtang River, was built in the Northern Song Dynasty. It is the largest single-hole high-arch stone bridge among the "Top Ten Famous Bridges in Ningbo" and the most magnificent ancient bridge in western Yinxi. It consists of the main hall and the left and right wing rooms.

Zhou Ancestral Hall is located at No.2 Xinzhuang Village, Xinzhuang Village, Gao Qiao Town, Haishu District. According to "Zhou Family Tree", it was founded in the reign of Ding You in Daoguang, Qing Dynasty. The main building faces south, slightly to the west, and consists of front, middle and rear three-way and hatchback, with an area of 684.42㎡.

Denggao Yongji Bridge, also known as Halfway Temple Bridge, is located in the south of Halfway Temple in Lugang Village, Gao Qiao Town, Haishu District. It was built in the first year of Qing Qianlong (1736) and rebuilt in the ninth year of Guangxu (1883). The bridge is a stone single-hole arch bridge, which runs north and south, and spans the banks of Houtang River in the west of Yinxi.
