5. The public security organ of the domicile receives the information of the applicant's acceptance, conducts an audit and issues a certificate;
6. The public security organ of the place of residence shall complete the production, verification and distribution within the legal time after receiving the information of making the certificate;
7. The applicant's certificate receipt to the acceptance point to receive the certificate;
8. Just get a new ID card.
9. Meet the conditions for handling ID cards in different places:
