Lishui is a city in Zhejiang Province.

Lishui is known as "Zhejiang Green Valley". There are 3,573 peaks with an altitude of 65,438+0,000m in the territory. The elevation of Huangmao Peak in fengyangshan, Longquan City is 1.929 m, and that of Baishanzu, qingyuan county City is 1.856.7 m, which are the first and second peaks in Zhejiang Province respectively.

In 2007, the book Chuzhou Cuisine, compiled by Lishui Tourism Bureau and Lishui Catering Industry Association, concentrated on more than 50 traditional famous dishes in Lishui, including lotus seeds, bamboo shoots and eggs, fried double winter, Jinyun knocking broth, Anren fish head and mountain snails.
