The latest notice issued by the novel coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Headquarters in Enshi City shows that according to the work arrangements and requirements of the provincial and state novel coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Headquarters, in order to effectively cut off the transmission route of the virus, prevent the spread of the epidemic, and ensure people's life safety and health, we will continue to strengthen control measures such as traffic restrictions.

1. Proponents don't go to the streets and cars don't go on the road. In the downtown area of the city (see the figure below for the scope), the number of vehicles is limited, except taxis, ambulances, sanitation vehicles, police cars, emergency vehicles such as water supply, power supply, gas supply and communication repair vehicles, and official vehicles. Vehicles with license plate numbers of , 1, 2 and 3 pass on Monday and Tuesday; Vehicles with license plate numbers 4, 5 and 6 pass on Wednesday and Thursday; Vehicles with license plate numbers 7, 8, 9 and letters pass on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Novel coronavirus's pneumonia prevention and control headquarters, party and government organs and institutions, urban "three offices and one town" community workers' vehicles and daily necessities guarantee transport vehicles to implement pass release.

2. All construction sites and factories in the urban area are not allowed to resume work without the approval of the novel coronavirus-infected pneumonia prevention and control headquarters of the state and city.

3. All shops are closed except gas stations, filling stations, pharmacies, supermarkets and other places where residents need daily necessities.

4. All private clinics and individual clinics in Zhoucheng will be closed.
