February 1972-March 1973, studied at the First Normal School of Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region;

March 1973-September 1975, studied at the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Teacher of Qianjin First Brigade, Aidinghu Township, Turpan City;

September 1975-September 1978, studied political education in the Department of Political Education of Xinjiang University;

September 1978- -January 1984, cadre of the United Front Work Department of the Turpan Prefectural Committee of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region;

January 1984 - May 1985, deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the Turpan Prefectural Committee of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region;
