It is a dynamic lake, and its water level fluctuates more than 29 meters day and night, which looks like "Tianchi" and has great ornamental value. The lower reservoir is cut across the Daxi Canyon, with bamboo forests and high mountains facing each other, while the factory building is located on the mountainside, deep and hidden. The underground powerhouse has a drop of 607 meters between the upper reservoir and the lower reservoir, especially the high-grade Panshan Highway, which is more than 20 kilometers long, twists and turns, and the bamboo forests on both sides of the highway are continuous. Looking at the opposite canyon from a distance, it is like a beautiful picture of a water town in the south of the Yangtze River.
