How to deal with one-stop rural banquet tableware

During the slack season, I started to run a mobile restaurant with a tricycle and some simple cookers, dishes and folding tables and chairs, commonly known as one-stop catering in rural areas. It is the owner's own ingredients, and the master is responsible for processing. We have to clean up the mess after the party.
