3. With the approval of the relevant state departments, domestic travel agencies located in remote areas can receive overseas tourists going to this area.

4. Accept the entrustment of Chinese mainland tourists and provide convenience for them to check their luggage and get it.

The establishment of a travel agency shall meet the following conditions:

To apply for the establishment of a travel agency engaged in domestic tourism business and inbound tourism business, the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Having a fixed business place, that is, a business place owned or leased by the applicant, with a lease term of not less than one year;

(2) Having necessary business facilities, that is, two or more linear fixed telephones, fax machines, photocopiers, and computers with networking conditions with tourism administrative departments and other tourism operators;

(3) Its registered capital is not less than 300,000 yuan.
