What materials are needed to apply for a U.S. tourist visa?

01. The applicant’s original valid private passport (confirm that the validity period is more than half a year, and the last page of the passport must have my signature).

02. Original ID card of the applicant.

03. The original copy of the applicant’s household registration book (Family Page).

04. The applicant’s marriage certificate or original certificate issued by relevant institutions.

05. Original property certificates of the applicant (such as real estate, vehicles and relevant certification materials proving personal property).

06. Applicant’s company profile and original official seal.

07. The applicant’s employment certificate and the original company seal.

08. Original family photos of the applicant.

9. Applicants please provide the original monthly income certificate. If the salary slip needs to be stamped with the official seal of the company or the salary card, please print the slip and stamp it with the official seal of the bank.

10. The original or copy of the applicant’s company business license shall be stamped with the company’s official seal.

11. Two original 50mm*50mm bareheaded color photos with white background (and signed in pencil on the back) are available at Kodak stores

12. DS filled in by the applicant in detail -160 application form.

13. If the applicant is a child under the age of sixteen, he or she must provide a notarized certificate of relationship with his parents. If one party brings children, a notarized third-party power of attorney is required.
